These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the InvenFlow software-as-a-service platform, including inventory, sales documents, accounting, procurement, reporting, and related features (the "Service"). The Service is provided by InvenFlow ("InvenFlow", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The Service
InvenFlow is a business platform for inventory and operations. Depending on your plan and configuration, it may include:
- Real-time inventory, barcode scanning, stock movements, and valuation
- Sales documents such as quotes, delivery notes, tax invoices, and receipts
- Accounting tools, including a chart of accounts, journal entries, and financial reports
- Procurement, purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier invoices
- Live reports, reconciliations, and an AI assistant that answers questions from your data
We may add, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves. The Service is intended for business use, not personal consumer use.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your organization, including actions by employees and other users you invite.
A standard monthly subscription includes one administrator and one employee seat. Additional employee seats may be added for an extra monthly fee. You must keep seat counts accurate and may not share a single login across multiple people.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed in advance on a monthly basis, currently starting at ILS 199 per month for the included users, plus ILS 49 per month for each extra employee seat, unless a different price is shown at checkout or agreed in writing.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you submit to the Service, including inventory records, customer and supplier information, sales documents, and accounting entries ("Customer Data").
You grant InvenFlow a limited license to host, process, display, and back up Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Data, including tax documents generated through the platform.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity
- Attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer the Service, or disrupt its operation
- Upload malware or excessive automated traffic that harms the platform
- Misrepresent invoices, inventory, or financial records created in the Service
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
6. AI assistant
The Service may include an AI assistant that answers questions based on your business data. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. It is provided for operational assistance only and is not accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
7. Intellectual property
InvenFlow and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from the Service except as expressly allowed.
8. Availability, support, and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting incidents, or third-party outages may cause downtime. Support is available at PIT_INVENFLOW@OUTLOOK.COM.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that inventory counts, tax documents, or financial reports will be error-free or that the Service will meet every accounting or regulatory requirement applicable to your business.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvenFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute software.
Our total liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend the Service for non-payment, material breach, or legal risk. After termination, we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention period, except where we must keep records by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer or mandatory law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the revised Terms.
