This Privacy Policy explains how InvenFlow ("InvenFlow", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.invenflows.com or use the InvenFlow inventory, sales, and accounting platform (the "Service").
If you have questions, contact us at PIT_INVENFLOW@OUTLOOK.COM.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Website visitors and leads who contact us
- Customers and their authorized users of the InvenFlow Service
- Business contacts whose details are stored by a customer inside the Service
If you are an end user of a customer organization, that organization is the controller of the business data it stores in InvenFlow. We process that data as a service provider on the customer's behalf.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
Name, email address, phone number, company name, role, billing details, and login credentials when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.
Customer Data you store in the Service
Inventory records, barcodes, stock movements, quotes, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, supplier and customer records, accounting entries, reports, and similar operational data that you or your team enter.
Usage and technical data
Device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, feature usage, diagnostic logs, and approximate location derived from IP. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment status, plan, seat counts, and limited billing metadata. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
AI assistant inputs
If you use the AI assistant, we process the questions you ask and the Customer Data needed to generate an answer.

- Improve features, reliability, and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on these bases:
- Performance of a contract, to provide the Service you requested
- Legitimate interests, such as securing the platform and improving product quality
- Consent, where we ask for it (for example certain marketing emails)
- Legal obligation, when we must keep or disclose records
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that run the Service

Service providers are allowed to process information only as needed to perform work for us, under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.
If a customer invites teammates, those users can access Customer Data according to the permissions set in that organization.
6. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Customer Data remains until the customer deletes it or the account is closed, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and monitoring. No online service is completely secure. You should use strong passwords and restrict access inside your organization.
8. International processing
The Service may be hosted or processed in Israel and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email PIT_INVENFLOW@OUTLOOK.COM.
If your information is stored by a customer inside InvenFlow, please contact that organization first. We will support the customer in responding as required.
